I've notice that I get mad so quick for no reason and that I need to start putting my pride to the side because that wont bring me to no good. 

How to win Friends and influence people 

                                                   

Rule 1: Become genuinely interested in other people. 

1. "Do this and you will be welcome anywhere."
2. "You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by tying to get other people interested in you"
3. "Ask questions to other people, questions and they will enjoy answering." 

What this means is that to win a friend you have to be nice and make them feel like you care. Greet them and ask the, questions make a interesting or fun conversation and share something you guys might have in common.




Rule 2: Simile

1. "Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, "I like you.You make me happy. I am glad to see."
2. "You don't feel like smiling? Then force yourself to smile."

"It creates happiness in the home,fosters good will in a business, and is the countersign(witness or indication) of friends."

     What this means is that being happy is a major key and live you life to the fullest, make your friends know that you are happy to spend time with he/she. And talk to them show them how you are feeling towards them.




3. Remember names: 

1. "A man's name is to him the sweetest and most important sound in any language."

      2." If you don't remember names, you are headed for trouble."

Rule 4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.

1. "If you aspire to be good conversationalist, be an attentive listener." 

Remember that the man your are talking about is a hundred more times more interested in himself and his wants and his problems than he is in you and your problems."

     What this means is that

Rule 5: Talk in terms of the other man's interest. 

1. "The royal road to a man's heart is to talk to him about the things he treasures most."

     What this means is asking him questions that he likes or will like to talk about. Make him feel like you are interested and make him feel like you want to get t know more about him.

Rule 6: Make the other person feel important- and do it sincerely.
"The desire to be important is the deepest urge in human nature." (John Dewey)"Helping people feel important and appreciated works magic."

       I think the most important thing is to make feel someone like you care about them and treat them well make them feel like they're important.


Final Reflection: What I learned on How To Win  Friends and Influence People is to ask them questions make them feel that you are interested in them and want to know more about them. And if you don't feel like like having a conversation with them at least give them a smile to make them feel welcome or safe. To remember someones name is really important and makes them feel glad that you actually remember their name.Be a good listener make
